We conduct hundreds of live unreserved auctions each year. They’re big, exciting events that attract huge crowds of people from around the world.
It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives. And, of course, auctioneers.

Full-time and part-time opportunities
We offer full-time yard and office positions at our auction sites, as well as dozens of part-time positions leading up to and during an auction. In fact, we have upwards of 3,500 part-time staff working for us globally at any given time!
Yard Operation
Organize our equipment yards for an auction – receive, process, line up, and check-out equipment, as well as provide auction day support.
Auctioneer
Efficiently sell equipment & trucks to in person and online bidders, maintain the pace of an auction, ensure that the process is fair and every item sells for its true market value.
Customer Service
Provide information and assistance before, during and after auctions register bidders, answer inquiries, process payments and other auction day activities.
Equipment Operation, Refurbishment and Appraisal
Perform accurate and thorough visual inspections; operate equipment; perform functional testing on heavy equipment; valuate equipment & trucks; painting, repairing, and cleaning equipment.
Auction Management
Oversee all operations staff and uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service for our permanent and temporary auction sites.
